Booking and Payment

1. A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.
3. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will not receive any refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Liability

Montana Pack Trips is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your trip. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana.
